ExaApp participated in the 16th Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair from May 26 to 28, 2025. Supported by Hong Kong Science Parks, together with over 30 innovation and technology enterprises at the “Digital Health and Smart Hospital” pavilion, showcasing AI-powered healthcare process management solutions. Our technologies were featured in a special report by Sing Tao Headline.
Product update (2026): At the time of this event, ExaPlan referred to ExaApp’s appointment-management solution. ExaPlan now refers to our explainable, AI-assisted workforce roster planning product. The event coverage below retains the original 2025 product context.

ExaPlan Intelligent Appointment Management System
By integrating AI triage technology and automated document processing, ExaPlan simplifies both inpatient and outpatient appointment workflows and prioritizes urgent cases. The system also supports multi-channel booking (web, app, and phone) and features IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System), helping to reduce no-show rates.
ExaFlow Smart Patient Workflow System
ExaFlow analyzes patient needs in real time to allocate resources dynamically. A central dashboard monitors operations across the entire facility, while digital display boards and a dedicated app guide patient flow. The system also allows manual adjustments for emergency cases.
Proven Use in the Field
ExaApp’s systems are currently in use at local private hospital, medical group and have been part of technical exchanges with Hong Kong public hospital. ExaFlow's real-time alert features assist medical staff in resource planning, while ExaPlan has significantly improved appointment efficiency for specialist follow-ups.
